Terms

1. Words used here

“Board” means the pages at tickerumber.com. “Team” means the editorial team that writes them. “Reader” means the person using the pages. Nothing in these terms creates a client relationship, an account, or a managed holding.

2. What the board is for

The board publishes free educational material about financial literacy, markets, instruments, and related concepts, including a stake in a young company as a concept and software that sorts text as a topic of study. It does not sell, broker, manage, or recommend financial products, and it takes no commission for recommending any. No other source of support is named.

Acceptable use is reading, quoting a short passage with credit, and sending a note through the form. Scraping that degrades the site, attempting to write into a path you choose, and presenting the traces as personal instructions are outside that use.

3. The writing, and the risk of relying on it

The text and the diagrams are the team’s material unless a passage says otherwise. You may not republish a whole page as if it were yours. The diagrams are explanations. They are not quotes, prices, or instructions.

Trading and investing can lose capital in part or in full. A stake that cannot be sold can lose its entire value. Markets move. A discussion of software that groups sentences is not a recommendation. The board does not take the reader’s circumstances into account. Any decision is the reader’s own. To the extent the law of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada allow, the team is not liable for a decision made after reading.

4. Which law, and how to write

These terms are read under the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada. Write to info@tickerumber.com, +1 (604) 555-0148, or 14 Umber Mews, Suite 300, Vancouver, BC V6B 2W9, Canada. The telephone and the street line are synthetic examples for the page. They are not a registered office.
