1. Who reads a note

The editorial team is the party you can write to about this page. Write to info@tickerumber.com, call +1 (604) 555-0148, or use 14 Umber Mews, Suite 300, Vancouver, BC V6B 2W9, Canada. That street line and that telephone are synthetic examples placed on the site for correspondence. They do not identify a registered company, and they are not proof of a shop at that address.

2. What arrives

The form sends four fields: name, email, subject, and message. A hidden field that should stay empty is ignored as a person and is not stored when it is filled. The server also sees the size of the request and the address of the connection, which is used only to slow repeated sends. No analytics script and no advertising script run on these pages.

This browser may store two keys of its own: eduNoticeAck after the course notice is closed, and cookieConsent after the storage choice. Google Fonts is requested so the type can load. That request leaves this server.

3. Why it is kept

A note is kept so the editorial team can read it and reply. The basis is the request you make by sending the form. The two browser keys exist so the notice and the banner do not return on every visit. No profile is built from them.

4. How long, and where

A valid note is appended to a file on the server. The editorial team reads that file. Notes are kept for up to 12 months and then removed. The file is not meant to be opened in a browser. The rate record is a second file of the same kind and holds only recent timestamps. Messages are not sold. A transfer outside Canada is not part of the setup described here.

5. What you can ask

You can ask for a copy of a note that includes your email, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion, by writing to info@tickerumber.com. The Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada is the federal authority for complaints about personal information: priv.gc.ca.
